- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I first went to see Carrie in March 2016 after suffering for a long time with digestive problems. Carrie spent a lot of time with me going over my problems, family history, diet and exercise to see where improvements could be made. After taking on board the suggestions made I began to see a difference in just a few days. Two months in and I had never felt better, the simple changes to my diet along with exercise have made such a dramatic change to me I have more energy, am sleeping better and enjoying home cooked wholesome meals.
