- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a really positive experience. We used first mortgage in kirkcaldy for buying our first home. They managed to get us an amazing deal on the best mortgage for us, low deposit and our mortgage payments will even be less than we pay in rent. I expected a lot more stress but it was fairly simple and they explained it all to us.
